February Favourites 2015

Having not done a favourites post since my 2014 one here, I thought it was about time I told you the round up of what I've been loving. But first, can we all please just take in the fact we're already in MARCH?!

Left - Bluffing, Bottom - Matte Taupe (apologies the colours didn't photograph too well)

Rimmel London Scandaleyes Shadow Sticks in 'Bluffing' (011) and 'Matte Taupe' (015)
The shade bluffing was a recent purchase as I was looking for a shimmery neutral cream-like shadow that could make any look ten times faster, and that it does! I love wearing this, along with a couple of shades from my L'oreal La Palette Nude (see more on it here) in the crease. If I'm in even more of a hurry though, the matte brown shade blended in the crease looks great or even an all over dramatic smokey eye looks great. All in all the formula of these is long lasting, they're pretty darn affordable and are a quick and easy way to apply eyeshadow.

MakeUp Revolution Concealer Brush (F102)
If there's one brush I've fallen head over heels for it's this one. Having purchased this in my MakeUp Revolution haul here, it's safe to say this brush is a miracle worker. Paired with the Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage Concealer (I have it in SC-2) I've been able to cover all of those stress-related breakouts I've had recently (I blame coursework!) and still got away with an almost flawless looking base. This brush has made me realise how great cream, industrial strength concealers really can be!

Charles Worthington Volume and Bounce Texturising Spray
Having fallen into a slight rut with hair care products over the past few months, I finally decided to buy the large size of the Charles Worthington Moisture Seal conditioner (read why I love it so much here), along with the corresponding shampoo. Whilst I was browsing, I noticed that there was 3for2 and I'm the kind of girl who can't resist an offer. This has had a lot of hype surrounding it, claiming to be a dupe for the horrendously expensive Oribe Texturizing Spray, and I haven't been let down! Instant volume at the roots without any residue - unlike powders I've used in the past - and I haven't panicked if I've forgotten to add hairspray when I've curled my hair, because this beauty certainly adds a tonne of hold without making your hair feel crispy or sticky.

H&M Sports Leggings
These beauties are my new love. Comfortable with bits that hold you in at all the right points and an extremely great price! I managed to get these with 20% off with Unidays discount as well, so I can't complain. They go with almost anything, and whilst I realise exercising isn't all about the clothes and the way you look, these certainly make me a little more motivated!

sanctuary, skincare, skincare routine, february favourites, face mask, thermal face mask
Sanctuary 5 Minute Thermal Detox Mask
I'm not sure there's that many more times I can bang on about this (it was featured in both my 2014 favourites and my evening skincare routine) without you all going absolutely mad at me, but I'm so glad I discovered this product! Along with the concealer to cover my outbreaks, this has worked wonders at trying to keep them at bay... not only that it certainly has that detoxing effect it claims to have - perfect for relaxing in my opinion. A little pricey at first perhaps, but I still haven't run out of this and I've definitely used it at least 15 times!

A little collection of all the things I'm loving at the minute, and they're all good'uns! What have you been loving recently? Have a lovely week, see you back here on Thursday!
Becky xx
