The Netflix Tag

As it's nearly Valentines Day and I'm planning on spending the evening with my best gal-pals watching films and stuffing my face with countless amounts of Pizza, I thought what better time to write my next Tag post on something that I'm completely hooked on and am bound to use this coming Saturday! I have seen a fair few of these and have made an ever growing "To watch" list from people's recommendations (The Vampire Diaries, Pretty Little Liars and copious amount of ChickFlicks - you'll soon realise that I am indeed THAT person!), so I thought I'd give it a go...

What are you favourite series' to watch on Netflix?

Anyone who knows me, follows me on twitter or even reads my blog will know that I am absolutely hooked on Gossip Girl at the moment. An easy to watch series with possibly some of the best fashion and outfits, it's right up my street and is perfect for winding down the stressful coursework-filled days! I haven't really watched any other series' on Netflix yet, but I love quite a lot of their films, including Burlesque, Iron Man and Captain America. Whilst we also have Sky Movies, I cherish the fact that I can find pretty much any film between Netflix and Sky that I want to watch!

What are you currently watching on Netflix?
As I mentioned, I have been watching GG non stop since the 4th of January (I've made it to Season 4, wahoo!) but I also love it for film watching. Whenever I'm in need of a good ol' trashy film but don't want to buy the DVD (who does now-a-days), I can always count on Netflix! Be it 10 things I hate about you or The Last Song I more often than not find something to watch.

If you could have any series, old or new put on Netflix, what would it be?
Silent Witness. I'm obsessed and so gutted the most recent series is already over (how am I going to get my David Caves fix now?!), but I'd really enjoy going back and watching it from the start again as I barely remember the first couple of series'. It's probably the only 'gory' programme I can watch and although it needs a bit more thinking than my classic rom-com taste, I absolutely love it!

What is your one peeve about Netflix?
That the newer films aren't straight on there and some absolute classics aren't either (like The Help!). It would be great that I could watch the films that are out on DVD straight away on my computer, phone or TV without having to go and spend more money on it!

What are your essentials for a perfect night in with Netflix?
Food. Pyjamas/Jogging Bottoms (preferably JW or Hollister!). Oh, and more food! I love watching Netflix in bed on my Mac (it's just far more user friendly than the Wii or my Phone) with some chocolate or sweets and a good ol' face mask.

Recommend one series or film for someone else.
For the hopeless romantic, a good Rom-Com is Stuck in Love; it'll make you fall in love with Lily Collins even more and it's just an all round good'un. If you're not already, I'd seriously recommend you get on the Sherlock bandwagon, as well, as this is how I caught up (and became obsessed) before the Special comes out later this year!

So there you have it, I now intend to watch Orange is the New Black, PLL and TVD as time goes on... although maybe I should leave that until after exams! Any suggestions to add to my list, let me know down in the comments! Have a fabulous weekend...
