Strictly fabulous

Everyone has their dream job, and probably has had since they were very small; of course I'm just the same. Strictly inspired me to take up Ballroom and Latin american dancing almost 6 years ago now so it has always had a special place in my heart. I would LOVE to work with the Strictly Come Dancing wardrobe team and have done from the start of the first series. Unfortunately that isn't the case, so all I can do is show you my top 10 favourite dresses of 2013:

10) Rachel Riley's best dress was this yellow one she wore for the waltz in week 2, definitely a great one to start off with.

9) Susanna's foxtrot dress wasn't the standard floor length gown but it was lovely and fitted her personality and dance perfectly!

8) The lemon yellow dress that Susanna Reid wore was so gorgeous when she danced her Viennese waltz, I especially love the glitter side panels!
7) Fiona and Anton surprised me the week they danced their waltz and her dress was so flattering and pretty; she was definitely one of the most surprising celebrities I've seen on the show.
6) Anya, Patrick's professional, looked amazing in this pink sparkly outfit for their waltz; I think it's so clever of the team to have brought down the sequins gradually onto the skirt which kept appearing on several of the dresses throughout the series.
5) I have a feeling I prefer Ballroom dresses to Latin ones but this silver dress Natalie wore for her Samba was so cleverly constructed and no one can ever have too much fringing in my opinion. I adore the shaping of this dress too.

4) Sophie Ellis-Bextor's american smooth dress was definitely stunning and I think it was her most flattering outfit.

3) This gorgeous blue dress worn by Natalie for her American Smooth cannot be missed out and I'm glad she got to wear it twice as it looked amazing on her!

2) Susanna Reid looked phenomenal in this gorgeous white dress for the final yesterday; I thought her show dance was outstanding but what blew me away even more was what she was wearing!
1) This stunning pink dress that this year's winner Abbey Clancy wore for her American Smooth was absolutely beautiful and is probably my favourite Strictly dress of all time!

This series has been amazing, particularly because the outfit standards are getting increasingly higher. I have enjoyed watching this series so much and am so glad my favourite won the show. Well done Abbey! For now, Strictly will remain a dream.

Enjoy the run up to Christmas, only 4 more sleeps!

Becky xx
